What are your shipping rates and delivery times within New Zealand?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 NZD. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $10 NZD applies. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location, with rural addresses requiring an additional 2 days.
How do I return an item if it doesn't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. You can initiate a return through our online portal. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Arc'teryx products are covered by a Limited Warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a reasonable charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For your convenience, we also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Afterpay and Laybuy, as well as secure payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How can I ensure I am buying the correct size?
Each product page features a detailed 'Sizing Chart' specific to that garment's fit (Trim, Regular, or Relaxed). We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hip and comparing them to our guide to ensure the best performance and comfort.
How do I care for my GORE-TEX jacket?
To maintain waterproof performance, we recommend machine washing your gear in warm water with a technical detergent like Nu Technical Wash. Tumble dry on a medium heat setting for 40 minutes to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating.
